BUSINESS REQUEST

Through a referral from one of our long-term existing clients, Gibson Group connected with Look Good, Feel Better to help increase oncology healthcare provider awareness of their program for women newly diagnosed with cancer.

The non-profit, which helps patients feel empowered as their appearance changes throughout treatment, was looking for support increases the number of registrants to their program by referral by oncology nurses. The proposal including organizing, hosting, and facilitating an advisory board for oncology nurses and collecting insights during the ad board session for future marketing materials.

The client's goals for the project included:

  • Improving Canadian oncology nurse’s awareness of the existence and benefits of referring their patients to Look Good, Feel Better
  • Creating original creatives to support increased oncology nurse referrals to the program

Throughout the working relationship, our team was able to provide the following solutions to meet the client’s goals:

  • Researched and vetted Canadian oncology nurses to attend the Look Good, Feel Better advisory board to ensure that the feedback was as beneficial to the brand as possible.
  • Organized, hosted, and moderated a multi-day advisory board at the Gibson Group office, allowing the brand to collect valuable information about how and why oncology nurses recommend resources to their patients.
  • Collected and reported impactful findings from advisory board, giving the client a list of helpful insights to further improve their future marketing and outreach programs.
